I will not use any other company! The technician was great and had my AC up and going in no time. It was a simple fix but he took the time to check and make sure there would be no problems going forward and I sincerely appreciate that.

24-hour so far has been great he fit me in when all the other HVAC businesses were two to three weeks out the technician jay came by, analyze the problem told us exactly what we needed and what our options were and then schedule this for a repair the following week which is quite quick given the heat wave that is hitting us so far so good they gave us reasonable prices and options they were courteous and prompt can't say enough about them
I called fairly late in the day after my AC stopped working during an abnormal hot spell. The gal I talked to was super nice and helpful. They didn’t have openings that day, but came out in the evening for a completely reasonable after hours fee. The repairman was quick and efficient. I’m so thankful they could get my AC fixed the same day and would definitely call them again if I have heating or AC issues!
The service members were very prompt and polite and upfront with everything that needed done. Would definitely recommend this company! If we ever have any problems again we will be returning customers.
Great response. They had a great selection of replacement parts. The owner was very knowledgeable and explained the replacement procedure in good detail. It was a call out on a weekend. He had the part to me quickly. I would definitely recommend 24 Hour Heating and Air in the future.
