These two guys came in here and changed out a whole furnace got the new one hooked up and running cleaned up and out the door in two hours and 12 minutes. Very impressive. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs heating work done !

The two gentlemen who serviced our unit were efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. They have been out to our house on more than one occasion and have always discussed with us what was serviced and their recommendations.
The service techs were very knowledgeable and personable. They detected the problem very quickly and suggested a solution. They provided an accurate estimate of the final cost. When I approved the proposed repair, they promptly accomplished it. If all 24-Hour Heating and Air employees are of this quality, I would not hesitate to acquire this company for future work.
These guys have done great work on our AC unit and guaranteed their work.... couldn't get that from any other heating and air company is Casper and they are the third or fourth one we have used. In Casper late on a Saturday afternoon, and it’s 26 degrees with a 70 mph wind…when you realize your furnace isn’t firing?! Not a great scenario. We quickly got a referral to call 24 Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, and within an hour our technician was here. Jay arrived exactly when he stated he would. Luckily our fix was an easier one, and the part was on the truck. We were back in heat in 20 minutes from start to finish. We are thankful for our excellent service and outcome. In the future when the need arises we’ll be calling again!
I have been using 24 Hour since 2010 and have never been disappointed. I can't imagine using any other company.
Quick response on a very very hot day. Fixed the problem and I got cool air again, secondly, the cost of parts and labor were very reasonable.
